Public Input Sought on Proposed Pipeline Project, says Gabler

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking input from the public and interested agencies on the proposed West to East – Overbeck to Leidy Project, according to state Rep. Matt Gabler (R-Clearfield/Elk). 

National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation plans to construct and operate approximately 78.4 miles of 24-inch diameter pipeline and related facilities in Cameron, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk and Jefferson counties. The company also plans to build two compressor stations and a new meter station. 

It is important to note that public comment on the project must be received on or before Monday, June 21, 2010.
